Review potential contractors past safety performance to prequalify for future work with your organization.  We evaluate and interview the contractor for past infractions and performance related issues. You receive a grade on how well they have performed in the past along with their plans for future improvement. 

Using data from at-risk vs reduced risk observations and wellness checks, the safety expert develops a safety improvement plan to help the contractors management on job site. 

Unexpected events arise on job sites such as safety or site conditions that were not foreseen.  This may also include sudden or unexpected changes in safety technology or legislation.  The safety support expert is supportive to contractors and companies, helping to respond in a fast manner and assist project leadership  in creating a plan. to redirect the project in a safe manner.

A report is generated after an on-site visit from our safety expert.  Photos, items needing corrective actions, tasks assigned and follow up with job leadership.  We provide an outline to create a psychological and physical safer project environment moving forward.
